Welcome to the paperwork. Using this site means you are fine with the following, all of it mercifully short.

What this site is. A product catalog and reading room. We work to keep toy details, age marks and prices accurate as of the day pages are built, but the binding version of any price, stock status or policy is the one shown by the retail partner at checkout, not the snapshot here.

Buying. Purchases happen on the retail partner’s store under their terms of sale. Payment, delivery and returns are contracts between you and them; this catalog is not a party to that transaction.

Content. The texts, photos and layout of this catalog are ours or used with permission. Quoting for reviews and personal use is fine; wholesale copying of pages is not.

Advice. Our age marks and play notes are guidance from toy people, not professional advice of any kind. You know your kid; the final call on any toy is yours.

Changes. The catalog updates as toys come and go, and these terms can update with it. The version on this page is the current one.
