Questions, answered
How do your age marks work?
They come from play-lab testing, not marketing. When we mark a toy 6–12 months, that is the age band whose hands and attention it was built for. Kids run ahead of or behind any label, so treat it as a starting line, not a rule.
Do prices on this site update?
We show the catalog price at the time the page was built. The live price appears when you open a listing through the price button, and that number is the one that counts at checkout with our retail partner.
Where does my order actually come from?
From our retail partner. We build the toys and this catalog; the partner runs the store, the delivery and the returns. Your order confirmation, tracking and any help with a parcel all live in your account with them.
What batteries do the electronic toys take?
Most run on AA or AAA, a few larger playsets take C or D. The listing page spells it out, and starter batteries are usually included so the toy works at the party, not after it.
Can I get a spare part, like one lost Little People figure?
Often yes. Figure packs exist for exactly this reason, and they are the cheapest fix. Write to us through the contact page if you cannot find the piece and we will point you at the right pack.
Is this the full Fisher-Price range?
It is the current, in-stock heart of it: every toy here was checked against availability when the catalog was built. Retired toys and regional exclusives come and go outside these pages.
