Letters reach us at 636 Girard Avenue, East Aurora, NY 14052. Before you write it on a box, though: this is our play lab and office, not a store or a warehouse. There is nothing to try on, no counter, and a parcel sent here will just confuse the front desk. Anything to do with an order you placed, from delivery windows to returns, lives with the retail partner who sold it, right in your order history.

If a toy arrived damaged or is missing a part, the listing page you bought it from is the right door: the retail partner can swap or collect it far faster than a letter to New York can.
