How orders travel

We are the toy people, not the parcel people. Every order placed through this catalog is fulfilled by our retail partner, and that is good news for your doorstep: their delivery network is faster than anything a toy maker would build.

Practically, it works like this. The price button on any toy opens the partner’s listing, checkout happens there, and from that moment the order lives in your account with them: delivery speeds, costs, tracking numbers and address changes included. Options and dates vary by item and by where you live, and the checkout screen is the only place they are shown accurately.

Because of that, we cannot look up a parcel, redirect a box or promise a date from here, and letters to our East Aurora office cannot either. If a delivery question comes up, the order page in your partner account answers it in two clicks.
